Ms. Chelsea Sanders, Founder
As a Regional Operations Manager in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Chelsea brings over 5 years of experience in managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving growth. Prior to her career in ABA, she worked in a role that allowed her to develop valuable skills including the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Despite the success she achieved within this role, she realized that her true passion was in making a positive impact on the world. This ultimately led her to pursue a career in ABA, where she has been able to combine her devotion to children/individuals with developmental disabilities and her skills in operations management. Over the years, Chelsea has held various roles in the ABA industry, starting as a front desk assistant, working her way up to Senior Operations Manager, and now starting her own ABA company.
Mrs. Francesca Salazar, Founder
Francesca is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that brings over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Francesca has extensive knowledge and experience with providing daily services to clients, conducting assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and developing interventions for clients.
Francesca began her journey at the University of Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then went on to obtain a M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) at Arizona State University, and throughout the time that she pursued her Master’s degree, she became familiar with a variety of the policies, procedures, and legislation that governed the practice of ABA across various states. In 2021, Francesca relocated to Georgia and immediately noticed the difference in ABA services. In 2022, Francesca and Chelsea began having conversations about what they could do to make a lasting difference in the state of Georgia. Ultimately, these conversations resulted in the development of Limitless, LLC in 2023; Limitless is the product of a clear vision to become the leading ABA service provider in the state of Georgia by bringing an unparalleled quality of care to those affected by ASD, as well as to their loved ones.
